Jem and the Holograms: Infinite #1 is coming from longtime Jem writer Kelly Thompson, with art by Stacey Lee, and covers by Veronica Fish. The IDW Jem and the Holograms series updated the classic animated show for the modern day, but keeps all the elements fans loved, like the sentient computer Synergy, and the Holograms’ rival band the Misfits, who were cut out of the live-action movie all together. The first issue of Infinite hits comic book shops on Wednesday, June 28th, followed by Jem and the Holograms: The Misfits: Infinite #1 on July 5th, which is Part 2 of this “Infinite” crossover series. It’s told in six parts and will be biweekly, trading off from one title to the other for each chapter of the story.

Recently, IDW’s Jem and the Holograms series ended its run with issue #26, and was soon followed up with a Misfits 5-issue mini called Jem and the Misfits, which also just finished its run.
